after it was distilled over at Tomintoul. At 18 years old, its years in the cask have given it a suitably mellow and well rounded flavour profile.

TOMINTOUL SCOTCH WHISKY 21 YEARS SINGLE MALT
Released in mid-2017, this 21 year old single malt from the
Tomintoul distillery in Speyside is matured exclusively in bourbon casks, which helps bring out the vanilla-y notes from “the Gentle Dram”.

Serving temperature: 12-15 degree Celsius
